Yehuda Binder
CEO
Yehuda Binder is the founder of SercoNet. He brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial startup companies to his role as Managing Director. Prior to SercoNet, Yehuda co-founded Orckit Communications, a leading provider of xDSL solutions and technologies. Before Orckit, he was with Indigo, following his service as an officer in the Israel Naval Forces. Yehuda holds 9 patents and has many more that are pending. He holds a B.Sc. (Cum-Laude) in electronic engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology as well as M.Sc.E.E (Cum-Laude) and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Ami Hazani
VP, Research and Development
Having spent over 20 years in the development of electronic hardware, Ami brings seasoned development expertise to SercoNet. Before joining SercoNet in 1999, Ami was responsible for the development of xDSL and DLC systems at ECI Telecom a leading telecommunications equipment provider. Prior to this he was employed by Comverse (then EFRAT) and ELISRA, where he developed complex Naval countermeasure systems. He also served as an officer in the IDF Communications Group. Ami holds a B.Sc. (Cum-Laude) in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

David Hasenfeld
CFO
Before joining SercoNet, David served as controller and treasurer of eMation, previously PC Soft, a well-known international industrial control and data acquisition company in the field of industrial control and data acquisition over the web. David is a C.P.A. and worked in the accounting firm Kesselman & Kesselman that is a subsidiary of Price Waterhouse Coopers. David received his Bachelors in Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.
